We specialize in mechanical watch servicing and restoration. We can also do crystal replacement and simple bracelet repairs.
That will depend on what is wrong with the watch. A basic servicing can run from $300 to $500 dollars depending on the watch make and model while a repair or complete restoration could run from $600 to over $1000. But again it all depends on the watch and what problem it is having.
Most clients stop by in person if they are local to the Williamsburg, Virginia area. Clients outside the area prefer to mail it to us. We can work with you on this.
We also repair jewelry such as broken ear ring posts, damaged rings and broken chain links etc. W also do custom leather watch bands. Give us a call for an estimate.
I do not change batteries unless it is part of a larger watch service. As a small business with no brick and mortar storefront, I cannot make this cost effective. A customer needing a new battery should check with any jewelry store.
